Warranty Policy
Everseats is dedicated to providing superior quality car seat covers that enhance the look and functionality of your vehicle interior while protecting your investment. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty program that covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, and standard wear and tear for a defined period.
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty extends to the original purchaser of Everseats car seat covers for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Customers are able to extend their warranty for a fee on the product page. During this time, Everseats will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any car seat cover that exhibits the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: This includes any issues with stitching, seams, or craftsmanship that compromise the functionality or structural integrity of the car seat cover.
- Material Flaws: This covers any inherent weaknesses in the fabric itself, such as ripping, tearing, or delamination (separation of layers) that are not caused by user error.
- Standard Wear and Tear: Everseats recognizes that everyday use can cause some level of wear. This warranty covers major fading and pilling.
What is Not Covered:
The warranty does not apply to damage or deterioration resulting from the following:
- Improper Installation: Please ensure you follow the included installation instructions carefully. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
- Misuse, Neglect, or Accidents: This includes damage caused by sharp objects, burns, chemical spills, excessive force, pet scratches, improper cleaning methods, or accidents.
- External Factors: Damage caused by fire, flood, extreme temperatures, UV rays (beyond standard fading), or other external factors is not covered.
- Non-Standard Wear and Tear: This includes significant fading, rips caused by sharp objects, tears exceeding normal wear points, and excessive pilling.
- Stains or Discoloration: Stains caused by food, beverages, or dyes are not covered under warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Everseats customer service within the warranty period. A customer service representative will guide you through the process, which may include:
- Providing a copy of your original purchase receipt.
- Submitting clear digital photographs of the damaged car seat cover(s).
- Briefly describing the nature of the issue.
Our team will promptly assess your claim and determine the most appropriate course of action. This includes repairs and replacements. Refunds will not be allowed.
Additional Information:
- This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser of Everseats car seat covers and is not transferable.
- Everseats reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
